Taking the refresh out of launch week.

Every new iPhone launch, the same thing happens: delivery dates slip for months, and the only way to get one sooner is to refresh Apple's pickup page, one colour and size at a time, hoping to catch a store restock.

pickupthephone does that refreshing for you. It checks every configuration at every nearby Apple Store in one go, keeps checking while you get on with your day, and tells you the moment something appears — with a direct link to buy it from Apple.

It started as a weekend project during the iPhone Duo launch, when finding one in Canada felt like a part-time job. It's built to carry over to every launch after this one.

Why it's free

This is a community project, not a business. It exists to make a frustrating week a little easier, not to sell your attention. Hosting costs are small and paid for out of pocket. If that ever changes, we'll say so plainly on this page — not by quietly adding ads or selling data.

What we won't do

Show ads or sponsored placements.
Use affiliate or referral links on the Buy buttons.
Ask for your Apple Account, payment details, email or phone number.
Store, sell or share your searches or personal data.
Help bots or resellers buy up stock.

pickupthephone isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. Availability comes from Apple's public store pickup information, and Apple is always the final word at checkout.
